Overview

Mike is a data engineer and software architect working on informatic challenges relevant to human genetics and clinical systems as the lead technologist of the Psychiatry Genomics Core.

His previous experience in semantic search, chemical- and bio-informatics, systems integration, and big data analytics is being applied to the design and implementation of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions in the Amazon and Google Cloud Platforms.

Mike enjoys teaching, training, and staying current with molecular genetics research.
